DUI: Soldier Ryan Smith blows .177% BAC after driving without headlights

29-year-old Soldier Ryan Anthony Smith was observed driving without headlights On Providence Boulevard in the early hours of June 1st. After noticing this, officers conducted a traffic stop near Walker Street, where they spoke with Smith. Officers noticed Smith reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment before admitting to consuming alcohol. Then, officers prompted him with sobriety tests, to which he consented and performed poorly on. Smith was informed of implied consent and agreed to provide two breath samples, one resulting in 0.177% BAC and another after a 20-minute observation period, resulting in 0.168% BAC. Smith was given a warning for the light violation and taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Aden Hamblin steals father’s GMC truck, leaves it at car wash after it catches on fire

20-year-old Aden Michael Hamblin stole his father’s GMC truck in the late hours of May 9th. On May 10th, around 2:04 a.m., officers arrived at American Car Washes Inc. on South Riverside Drive and observed the GMC Truck on fire with no driver nearby. After officers ran the VIN, the owner came back as Michael Hamblin. Officers then visited Michael’s Woodhaven residence and spoke with Lauren Elliott, Aden’s stepmother. Elliott stated that Aden had taken the truck earlier in the night without permission and informed him he needed to return it. Aden stated that he caught the tires on fire, which led to the truck going into flames. Aden added that he fled the area after this occurred. Officers then discovered Aden’s license had been suspended since April 19th, 2023. Michael’s GMC truck is worth approximately $12,500. Aden Hamblin was later taken into custody for contempt, driving on a suspended license, and theft of a motor vehicle on June 2nd.

Chase Clark caught with over 1 pound of marijuana during probation search

24-year-old Chase Clark was caught with marijuana while on probation at a Lynes Street residence on May 31st. Probation officers and officers with the police department arrived at Clark’s Lynes Street residence, conducting a probation search. Clark is on probation due to a previous Aggravated Assault conviction in March 2021. Officers first started by searching Clark and found money and a digital scale. When asked about the scale inside his pocket, Clark admitted to officers that he used it to weigh his weed. During a search of the residence, officers located suspected marijuana, THC vapes, a digital scale, and more money. The suspected marijuana found was tested and came back positive as marijuana. The marijuana also weighed in at more than one pound. Clark was then taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia and for drug violations.

Richard Everett breaks wife’s iPhone 14 during argument, tells her “I’ll solve that problem”

32-year-old Richard Everett was involved in a domestic dispute with wife, Danielle Everett, at their Princeton Drive residence on May 29th. Danielle stated that During an argument, Richard said, “I’ll solve that problem,” and threw her iPhone 14 on the ground. When officers asked Richard about this, he confessed that he had thrown the phone on the floor with the intention of breaking it. Richard Everett was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

DUI: Stephen Hart recklessly drives on Providence Boulevard after having 2 beers

53-year-old Stephen Hart was seen recklessly driving on Providence Boulevard on May 29th. Officers observed Hart’s Ford F-150 straddling the left turning lane onto Dover Road. Officers then observed Hart’s vehicle drive into the center divider after failing to stop for the red light at the intersection of Providence Boulevard and Dover Road. Officers conducted a traffic stop, and Hart’s Ford F-150 pulled over into the Walmart Market on Dover Road. When officers made contact with Hart, they reported that he reeked of alcohol and was visibly intoxicated. Officers asked Hart how much he had to drink, and he confessed that he had two beers at his job in Nashville. Officers read Hart’s implied consent, but he declined. Stephen Hart refused to perform sobriety tests, so he was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, ignoring traffic signals, improper lane use, and violating implied consent.

Michael Friend threatens stepfather with gun during argument outside of Speedy Cash

29-year-old Michael Friend was seen pointing a gun at his stepfather, Roy Thomas, at Speedy Cash on Fort Campbell Boulevard on May 29th. When officers made contact with Thomas, he stated that his wife told him that Friend pulled up in his black Chevy Tahoe. Thomas went outside to tell him to leave and ended up arguing with him. During the argument, Friend said, “You snitched on Yonah Brooks!” and pointed a gun at Thomas and racked it. Friend then fled the scene and was later found at his residence. Michael Friend was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault on May 29th.

DUI: Michael Hively crashes into tree after drinking two beers

24-year-old Michael Brayden Hively drove his green Ford F-250 into a tree on June 2nd. When officers arrived, they observed Hively and his friend standing around while the truck had gotten stuck in a ditch, facing the opposite direction. Hively reeked of alcohol and showed signs of inebriation before admitting to having two beers. Officers found an open beer can under the driver’s seat, so they prompted him with sobriety tests, which he consented to and performed poorly. Hively was then taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Christopher Stallard caught giving $6,994 worth of “sweetheart” deals at Dollar General

22-year-old Christopher Stallard was seen embezzling funds from Dollar General on April 22nd. That day, Carl Martin, an asset protection specialist for Dollar General, reported to officers that he believed Stallard was committing embezzlement. Martin stated that from March 12th to April 15th, Stallard had been caught making “sweetheart” deals for a co-worker, TeAundra Johnson, where he would take a regular-priced item and discount it to $0.01. Martin also told officers that on April 15th, Stallard gave Johnson two packs of spiked lemonade without scanning them. Stallard had been responsible for $6,994.25 in losses during this time frame. When interviewed by Martin on April 19th, Stallard confessed to the crime in writing as well as verbally. On May 31st, Officers interviewed and questioned Stallard regarding the embezzlement, in which he again admitted to the allegations made. Stallard told officers that he would regularly give people discounts and manually override the price of things on multiple occasions. Stallard was then taken into custody for property theft on June 4th.

Martavious Brooks threatens to kill wife over groceries, tells her “I will blow your brains out”

53-year-old Martavious Brooks was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Demika Brooks, at their Montgomery Commons apartment on May 28th. Demika showed up at the Clarksville Police Department on May 29th and told them that her husband, Martavious, threatened to kill her. She stated that when she brought home groceries the day prior, Martavious became upset. During their argument, he told Demika that he was going to “Do her in the mouth” and told her, “I will blow your brains out.” Officers attempted to make contact with Martavious at his residence, but he refused to answer. Martavious Brook was then taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Donna Lucero allows child to vape after posing as other child’s mother

43-year-old Donna Lucero was seen hanging out with minors and allowing them to vape at a Hickory Point Road residence on May 5th. Lucero posed as another minor child’s mother so they could hang out with Brian Bryant’s minor child. Brian Bryant did not want his daughter to hang around the other child. All Minors involved knew that Lucero was pretending to be someone else’s mother in order for the minors to hang out together at the Hickory Point residence. While at the residence, Bryant’s minor daughter was allowed to vape, which Lucero provided. A warrant was issued, and Lucero was taken into custody on May 29th for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

28-year-old Luqman Mahdi A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 28-year-old Luqman Mahdi for an electronic tracking device on the vehicle on or about October 5th, 2023. The indictment alleges that Mahdi put a traffic device inside Alyssa Galbraith’s car without her knowledge. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000. Mahdi was taken into custody and charged with electronic tracking on vehicle on May 29th.

Leona Harvey attempts to steal $1,985 work computer from LX Pantos

33-year-old Leona Harvey was caught trying to steal a work computer worth $1,985 from LX Pantos on May 29th, 2024. When officers arrived at LX Pantos on April 10th, 2024, they spoke with an employee, Aena Jung. Jung stated that Harvey hadn’t shown up for work since December 2023. She explained that the company hired a private investigator to find Harvey and have her return her provided work computer. Jung attempted to contact Harvey again in January 2024, but she still refused to return it. Law enforcement also made an attempt to contact Harvey but to no avail. Leona Harvey was taken into custody and charged with theft of property on May 29th, 2024.

DUI: Roland Taylor bumps woman’s vehicle at Wendy’s after drinking 24oz Four Loko

60-year-old Roland Taylor was caught driving under the influence near Wendy’s on Riverside Drive on May 28th. Callers informed officers of a vehicle driving under the speed limit, swerving all over the road. Another caller told officers that the vehicle bumped into the rear of her vehicle in the Wendy’s drive-thru. Taylor then fled the scene before being followed by the victim to a Dollar General near Edmondson Ferry Road. Officers then made contact with Taylor, who had his head slumped down and appeared to be sleeping. While officers were talking with Taylor, officers could smell the odor of alcohol emitting from him before noticing his slurred speech and watery eyes. Taylor could not complete sobriety tests due to his disability. Taylor also admitted to officers to drinking one 24oz Four Loko, which officers spotted in the rear seat of the vehicle. Taylor was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and having an open container of alcohol.

Jamir Anderson kicks woman’s front door after hearing her argue with her husband

26-year-old Jamir Anderson was seen kicking a woman’s door in at a Winters Court residence on March 29th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Oliver Bowles, Shaina Sheffey’s husband, who told officers that he and Sheffey were having a verbal dispute. While this argument was occurring, Sheffey told Anderson to pick her up from the residence. Officers then spoke with Sheffey, who told officers that when Anderson arrived, he heard the dispute and kicked in the residence’s front door. Officers then spoke with Bowles again, who stated that after the front door was kicked in, Anderson began walking towards him with a clenched fist and getting in his face. Bowles stated this placed him in fear of being harmed by Anderson. Bowles claimed to have run upstairs to retrieve a personal firearm for self-defense, but when he returned downstairs, both Sheffey and Anderson fled the scene. A warrant was issued, and Anderson was taken into custody for burglary on May 28th.

Wendy Bella punches & bites husband numerous times during argument

31-year-old Wendy Bella was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Jairo Zavala, at a York Landing Road residence on May 28th. When officers arrived on the scene, officers spoke with Jairo Zavala. He stated that Bella showed up at the residence and began antagonizing him while he was asleep, arguing and poking at him. During the altercation, Bella took one of his bags before he tried to grab it from her. Zavala told officers that after she took his bag, Bella began striking him with a closed fist, as well as scratching him. Zavala claimed that he restrained Bella to prevent her from continuing to hit him. Zavala then went to the living room to get away from Bella before she followed him, starting another argument. Bella then began striking Zavala again, and he started to restrain her once more to stop the attack. During the argument, Bella punched, scratched, and bit Zavala. Bella then grabbed a water bottle and began hitting him with it. Zavala informed Bella that he would call the police; however, Bella snatched his phone and hurled it against the wall. During the investigation, officers determined Bella to be the primary aggressor and took her into custody for domestic assault.

DUI: Billy Clark speeds down Dover Road at 69 mph after drinking at Mr. Billy’s Bar

43-year-old Billy Clark was seen speeding on Dover Road on May 27th. Law enforcement confirmed that Clark was traveling at 69mph in a 45mph zone. When officers made contact with Clark, they reported the smell of alcohol coming from him as well as other signs of intoxication. When Clark was asked if he had anything to drink, he admitted that he was coming from Mr. Billy’s Bar and had had one drink before driving. Clark agreed to sobriety tests, but he performed poorly on them. Billy Clark was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

Sean O’Neal assaults ex-girlfriend, slashes her tire during argument

18-year-old Sean O’Neal was involved in a domestic incident with his ex-girlfriend, Lily Zigler, at their Trough Springs Road residence on May 28th. Once officers arrived, O’Neal confessed that during an argument with Zigler, he slashed her tire. O’Neal stated that he then grabbed Zigler and brought her into the residence, where she fell into a wall. When officers spoke with Zigler, she told them that she slashed O’Neal’s tire in retaliation after he slashed hers. Zigler stated O’Neal picked her up, brought her into the residence, and pushed her to the ground. Law enforcement observed scrapes and bruises on Zigler’s arm. Sean O’Neal was deemed the primary aggressor, taken into custody, and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

Dequarius McGlathery points gun at mother during argument in White Castle parking lot

24-year-old Dequarius McGlathery was involved in an altercation with his mother, Ebony Collins, in the White Castle parking lot on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on May 28th. While law enforcement was making their way to the mentioned location, the person who called in the incident stated that McGlathery had his mother in a chokehold. When officers came into contact with Collins, she stated that McGlathery pointed a gun at her while she was standing outside of his car. Collins told officers that during an argument they were having in the parking lot, McGlathery wrapped his arm around her neck and dragged her to the car. Law enforcement was provided surveillance footage of the incident playing out, but the footage of the gun being pointed was unclear. However, during a search of McGlathery’s car, officers found a black pistol. Dequarius McGlathery was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
