Jorge Guerrero comes home drunk & urinates on child’s bed

34-year-old Jorge Guerrero was seen breaking his wife, Yolanda Guerrero’s, phone after an argument at their Oakwood Mobile Home Park residence on May 12th. Yolanda told law enforcement that after Jorge came home intoxicated, he went to their child’s bed and urinated on it. When she confronted him, she stated that he grabbed her iPhone and threw it on the ground, breaking it. Officers then spoke with Jorge, who admitted to breaking Yolanda’s iPhone. Jorge Guerrero was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

DUI: Kayleigh Anderson drinks bottle of Jose Cuervo before driving without headlights

32-year-old Kayleigh Gabrielle Anderson was observed driving in the troubled Electric Cowboy parking lot without headlights in the early hours of May 12th. Then, deputies conducted a traffic stop, where they spoke with Anderson. She admitted to having one alcoholic beverage at Lyric Lounge an hour before being stopped. Officers asked her to exit her vehicle, during which she stumbled out of the vehicle. Officers asked Anderson to perform sobriety tests, which she consented to and performed poorly on. During a subsequent search of her car, officers found an open bottle of Jose Cuervo. She agreed to provide a breath sample, resulting in 0.102 BAC%. Anderson was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Dailen Hairston caught with 14 grams of marijuana & multiple firearms

19-year-old Dailen Vincent Hairston was speeding in his white Chevrolet Equinox near Peachers Mill Road on May 6th. Officers observed this and conducted a traffic stop, during which they approached the vehicle and noticed it reeked of marijuana. Officers asked Hairston and his passenger, Marcus Averhart, about the smell, and they said they smoked a blunt earlier in the night. During a subsequent search of his car, officers discovered five individual bags with a total of 14.175 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, a glass jar, a plastic bottle, packs of cigar wraps, rolling papers, a loaded Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun, and a loaded Smith & Wesson M&P 9 shield .9mm. Hairston was taken into custody for possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and simple possession with intent.

Jayla Wright attempts to hide 16.5 grams of cocaine in back of patrol car during arrest

22-year-old Jayla Wright was caught with cocaine at Sonic on Fort Campbell Boulevard on May 1st. Officers conducted a buy-and-bust operation at Sonic and observed Chase Harrison, a drug dealer, pull up next to the vehicle he was supposed to sell to. The vehicle he was driving was registered to Wright, who was also in the vehicle with him. Officers moved in and placed Harrison and Wright in custody, placing them both in the back of a patrol car. Officers searched their vehicle, and no drugs were located in the vehicle. Officers then removed them from the police car and searched them again, but no drugs were found on them. Officers then searched the patrol car, and a bag of white power substance was located behind the seat the two were placed in. The white substance tested positive for cocaine and weighed 16.5 grams. Wright was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and possession for resale.

Billy Person drunkenly yells at girlfriend’s son, threatens to stab him during altercation

49-year-old Billy Person was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend’s son, Marcus Finley, at their Allen Road residence on May 9th. When officers arrived, they observed Marcus walking outside with no shoes on. Marcus told officers that he left his house because Person threatened to hit and stab him. Marcus stated that Person was yelling at him all day, and when he went to his room, Person kicked in his door. Officers later spoke with Lillian Finley, Person’s girlfriend and Marcus’ mother. She informed officers that she was letting Person stay at her house until he got back on his feet. Lillian also stated that Person had been drinking and that when he drinks, he gets aggressive. Law enforcement attempted to speak to Person at the door, but he refused to answer questions. When Person agreed to come outside, he still refused to answer questions. Billy Person was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Soldier Jason Mrzena pushes wife into door during argument

23-year-old Soldier Jason Mrzena was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Ariana Mrzena, at their Quin Lane apartment residence on May 9th. Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with Ariana, who stated that her husband, Jason, had been drinking, and they had gotten into a verbal argument. She claims that Jason came upstairs and open palm pushed her against their bedroom door. Ariana said this placed her in fear for her and her daughter’s safety, as Jason had never acted like that before. Officers could also smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from Jason’s person, and when officers spoke to Jason, he stated that nothing physical happened. Jason was also not compliant while answering officers’ questions. Jason was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic violence.

Kanteno Shelton assaults girlfriend after learning she was planning to kick him out

22-year-old Kanteno Deshaun Shelton had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Jyome Dixon, at her Kelly Lane apartment on the night of May 7th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Dixon, who stated she had been trying to leave all day, but Shelton would not let go. Dixon stated this is because he found paperwork in her car that had to do with making him leave the unit. Dixon stated that this made Shelton upset, and when she asked him for her car keys, he refused to give them to her. Then, Dixon tried walking out of the apartment. Shelton prevented her from leaving by wrapping his arms around her waist, squeezing her to the point where she had to push him to get free. Dixon added that when she went to the bedroom, he followed her and wanted to talk, but she told him she did not want to. Shelton responded by pushing her onto the bed, pinning her down, and pulling her hair. Dixon said he took her phone and changed the password after she tried to call 911.

When officers spoke with Shelton, he told them that he and Dixon’s altercation was strictly verbal, adding that she was mad about him sleeping all day. During their interaction, Shelton complained about his shoulder being out of its socket. He told officers it happened when he got upset and placed his arms over his head. Shelton was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault and interference with an emergency call on May 8th.

Nicole Black scratches boyfriend’s neck while he’s sleeping

32-year-old Nicole Black was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Christopher Wilson, at a Ginkgo Drive residence on May 4th. Officers responded to a domestic in progress and spoke with Wilson, who claimed that he was attacked while he was sleeping. Wilson stated Black had come into the bedroom and assaulted him by straddling him in the bed and scratching his neck. Proceeding this, Wilson pushed her off the bed and attempted to leave before officers stopped him in the driveway. Officers then spoke with Black, who stated that she came home and forced her way into the locked bedroom but could not tell officers how the physical portion of the altercation happened. She also told officers that it would not have happened if she had not entered the bedroom. Black was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

DUI: Dianis Fletcher found passed out drunk in her car blasting music

21-year-old Dianis Fletcher was seen driving under the influence near a Lake Road residence on May 6th. Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the front yard of a Lake Road residence blasting music. Upon the homeowner’s initial observation, the driver was slumped over in the vehicle with the music blasting, appearing unresponsive to the music. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with the driver, Dianis Fletcher, who was slow to respond to officers upon contact. Officers asked Fletcher to step out of the vehicle due to the smell of marijuana. Officers noticed Fletcher was uneasy on her feet as she exited the vehicle. Officers then asked Fletcher where she was coming from. She stated she had a night out with her friends and was coming from La Vergne, Tennessee. While officers spoke with Fletcher, they also noticed the smell of alcohol coming from her person. Before, she admitted to officers that she had been drinking that night and that there was a can of alcohol in the back floorboard of the vehicle. Officers then asked Fletcher to perform sobriety tests, which she accepted but performed poorly on. Fletcher’s license was also suspended at the time of the stop. Officers deemed Fletcher to be intoxicated, and she was taken into custody for driving on a suspended license, open container of alcohol, and DUI.

DUI: Essence Thomas swerves on Fort Cambell Boulevard after leaving the bar

31-year-old Essence Shavon Thomas, a hospice aide, swerved while driving on Fort Campbell Boulevard in the early hours of May 12th. Officers watched as she nearly sideswiped a black sedan and conducted a traffic stop near The Vape Loft. When officers approached the driver’s side, they spoke with Thomas, who reeked of booze, showing signs of inebriation, advising them that she was traveling from “the bar.” She denied any alcohol consumption before refusing to take sobriety tests. They detained her and informed her of implied consent, which was when she declined to provide a chemical sample. During a subsequent search of her vehicle, they discovered she had a half-empty bottle of Don Julio on the passenger floorboard. Thomas was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and an open container violation.

DUI: Soldier Jacob Meyers has 9 beers at Electric Cowboy, swerves in red pickup truck

23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Jacob Ronald Meyers was observed driving a red pick-up truck, dragging its exhaust near Fountainbleau Road and Fort Campbell Boulevard in the early hours of May 12th. Deputies noticed him traveling northbound with sparks trailing him on the ground from the exhaust. While officers were behind the vehicle, they observed it swerve into the middle lane, and conducted a traffic stop near Quin Lane. Meyers advised that he was drunk several times and coming from the troubled Electric Cowboy. Under Miranda, he admitted to having nine beers before leaving the bar. During their interaction, he showed numerous signs of impairment and reeked of alcohol, so they prompted him with sobriety tests, which he refused. After being read implied consent, he agreed to provide a breath sample, resulting in 0.153 BAC%.  Meyers was then taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Antonio Jones fights roommate over female they met at a vape shop

28-year-old Antonio Lorenzo Jones had a domestic altercation with his roommate, Bruce Nichols, at their Clearsky Townhome on Old Trenton Road in the early hours of May 12th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Nichols, who stated that he and Jones had argued over a girl at a vape shop nearby, which escalated when they returned home, and Jones started pushing and striking him. During the argument, Jones held his 9mm handgun. Nichols said Jones never hit him with the weapon, but he did feel threatened by it. Nichols requested to be taken to Tennova for medical treatment. Jones admitted that he pushed and hit Nichols first, initiating the scuffle, and was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault.

Tiffany McKnight swings karaoke machine at husband after he signs divorce papers

44-year-old Tiffany Nicole McKnight had a domestic altercation with her husband, James Brown, at their Bradfield Drive residence on May 6th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Brown, who stated that after signing the divorce papers, he went upstairs, opened McKnight’s door, and told her she had to leave. McKnight picked up a karaoke machine and swung it at Brown, causing him to push her out of the way to leave the bedroom.

McKnight told officers that Brown was trying to remove her belongings and that she was protecting them by placing her hands over them. Brown said she backed up, picked up the karaoke machine, and threw it at him but missed. McKnight also stated that Brown hit her before leaving the room. Officers deemed McKnight as the primary aggressor. McKnight was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Clarksville teacher Michelle Kramer drank Jack Daniel’s straight before class

43-year-old Hazelwood Elementary teacher Michelle Kramer told deputies she drank “Jack Daniel’s straight” before starting her school day on Monday, May 20, 2024. During that day, she was in charge of multiple classrooms and students throughout the day, while “heavily intoxicated,” according to multiple staff members who alerted administration. Officers say her level of intoxication was “very high,” and she was a danger to herself and others in the building. After observing the strong smell of alcohol coming from her breath, Kramer was taken into custody and charged with both public intoxication and reckless endangerment.

Jaleel Harrington booked after being too drunk to enter Electric Cowboy

24-year-old Jaleel Trasean Harrington was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication on May 19th. Upon arrival, security for the establishment advised officers that they already had Harrington detained after the occurrence. Security stated that Harrington had tried to enter the troubled Electric Cowboy but was denied due to him being intoxicated. Then, when officers spoke with Harrington, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication. Officers deemed Harrington a public nuisance and a danger to himself. Harrington was then taken into custody for public intoxication.

Nechelle Hamilton booked for driving without license during traffic stop over illegal tint

29-year-old Nechelle Hamilton was caught without a license near Pageant Lane and Paradise Hill Road on May 19th. Officers observed Hamilton’s vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for suspicion of illegal window tint. Officers made contact with Hamilton and checked the car with the tint meter, and it showed 22%, which is lower than the 35% needed to be legal. Officers proceeded to check Hamilton’s license, which showed it was suspended for failure to appear in court on July 8th, 2023. Hamilton could not provide insurance as well. Hamilton’s license also revealed that she was cited on two separate occasions for driving on a suspended license. Hamilton did not appear in court for the citations but turned herself in after a warrant was posted. On December 30th, 2022, Hamilton was arrested on a capias for a traffic offense citation she received. Officers deemed she was likely not to attend court, and she was taken into custody for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

30-year-old Ashley Williams was involved in a domestic incident with her boyfriend, Darryl Hugee, at their Bennett Drive residence on May 18th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Hugee. Hugee stated that Williams scratched and bit him on his left arm during an argument. Officers observed a fresh bite mark and scratches on Hugee’s arm. Jenna Woodard assaults baby-daddy after catching him with another woman

23-year-old Jenna Woodard was involved in a domestic altercation with the father of her child, Trey Moore, at Integrity Auto Care on May 18th. Moore contacted law enforcement and said that Woodard hit him in the face and pushed him. When officers arrived, they continued their conversation with Moore. Moore stated that while riding with another woman on his motorcycle, Woodard started following them. Once he noticed that he was being tailed, he pulled into Integrity Auto Care but was again followed by Woodard. Woodard exited her vehicle and then, shortly after approaching Moore, punched him in the face. Moore made his way inside the store and closed the door behind him. When Moore realized he left the woman he was riding with outside, he opened the door to let her in. Once he opened the door, Woodard came inside and started hitting him and pulling his hair. Officers made contact with Woodard, who admitted that she assaulted Moore. Jenna Woodard was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Former Soldier Kenneth McCormack kills pet lizard in fit of rage during argument with wife

25-year-old Former Soldier Kenneth McCormack was involved in a domestic incident with his wife, Tiffany Berriault, at their Jewel Drive residence on May 18th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Berriault. Berriault stated that during an argument with McCormack, he picked up their lizard’s cage and pushed it at her, causing bruising on her knees. Berriault then told officers that McCormack took the lizard out of the cage in a fit of rage and killed it in front of her. Law enforcement later spoke with McCormack. He stated that because he was infuriated, he took the lizard out of the cage, slammed it on the ground, and threw it in the backyard. Officers observed the bruising on Berriault’s knees as well as the deceased lizard in the backyard. Kenneth McCormack was taken into custody and charged with aggravated animal cruelty and domestic assault. McCormack was previously arrested in April 2023 for fleeing police during a traffic stop.
