When officers arrived, they spoke with McClure, who originally called 911, explaining that Ouseley had been arguing with him all day about his dogs. McClure stated that the argument escalated when Ouseley grabbed a pack of baby wipes and threw them at him, hitting his face. Then, Ouseley admitted to deputies repeatedly that she purposely threw the wipes at his face. During the investigation, they discovered that Ouseley threatened to kill McClure multiple times, placing him in fear for his life. Deputies deemed Ouseley as the primary aggressor and tried to detain her. As officers attempted to detain her, she was resistive, fighting back, kicking, and pushing them, hindering her arrest. Sandy McClain leaves children unattended in Walmart parking lot while getting her hair done

59-year-old Sandy McClain was caught leaving her grandchildren unattended in the back of her blue Chevy Trax in the Walmart parking lot on Fort Campbell Boulevard on July 29th. When officers arrived, they were informed that McClain had left her vehicle unlocked, with the windows down and the engine off, while the children were inside. Shortly after receiving this information, officers observed McClain coming out of Walmart and approaching her car. When questioned by officers, McClain claimed she had only left her vehicle briefly to use the bathroom. However, security footage contradicted her statement, showing McClain, her boyfriend, and her 11-year-old grandson entering the store at 3:15 p.m. The footage showed McClain entering the hair salon while her boyfriend and 11-year-old grandson went to a different part of the store. The footage then showed McClain, her boyfriend, and her 11-year-old grandson leaving Walmart at 4:10 p.m. The children left in the car were seven, eight, and nine years old. McClain was then taken into custody and charged with two counts of aggravated child neglect and one count of child neglect.

Kollin Slaughter resists arrest after harassing woman via phone calls

19-year-old Kollin Slaughter was caught at his residence in Braxton Runs after repeatedly harassing Abigail Carlock on July 29th. Police responded to a dispute call involving Carlock and Slaughter at a different location. Officers were informed that Slaughter had left the scene before the officers arrived. When officers arrived, Carlock told them she no longer wanted any communication from Slaughter. Slaughter later returned to the location on his own. Officers informed Slaughter that Carlock did not want any contact from him, either by phone or in person, to which he replied that he understood. Later that night, while officers were talking with Carlock, Slaughter called her phone. As a result, Slaughter was issued a citation for calling her phone while in the presence of officers. Carlock then informed the officers that she later received another call from Slaughter after he had been cited, indicating that this behavior was likely to continue.

After this, officers went to Slaughter’s residence in Braxton Runs to serve a warrant on him. When officers tried to take him into custody, Slaughter resisted. He began pulling away and tensing up, preventing the officers from putting handcuffs on him. Slaughter continued to resist even after the officers managed to handcuff him, and he eventually had to be taken to the ground. After a struggle, officers were finally able to put handcuffs on Slaughter and transport him to the officer’s vehicle. While the officers attempted to open the car door for Slaughter, he kicked the door shut and started pulling away again. Despite this, Slaughter was eventually placed in the back seat. Slaughter was then transported and later charged with harassment and resisting arrest.

DUI: Xavier Kueny jailed after causing fatal car crash on Madison Street in 2022

29-year-old Xavier Kueny was arrested after driving under the influence and causing a fatal car crash near Kroger on Madison Street on August 1st, 2022. Officers responded to a car crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle. Upon arrival, they found the motorcycle driver, later identified as Michael Nulty, unresponsive. CPR was in progress, but unfortunately, Nulty passed away from his injuries. Officers determined that the driver of the other vehicle, later identified as Kueny, had pulled out in front of Nulty, causing the crash. Officers then spoke with Kueny and immediately noticed the smell of alcohol coming from his breath. Officers asked Kueny if he would like to give a sample of his blood to determine if he was under the influence at the time of the crash, which he agreed to. Officers later received the results, showing that Kueny’s BAC level was .117% when the blood was drawn at 4.00 p.m. However, officers noted that the crash happened at 2.29 p.m. Despite this, it was determined that Kueny was under the influence at the time of the crash. Kueny was later taken into custody for driving under the influence on July 30th, 2024. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.

20-year-old Daniel Model was seen trespassing after being evicted at University Landing on University Avenue on July 30th. Officers were called about a welfare check, and a check of past incidents revealed that Model had been served with an eviction and notice of trespass on July 25th. When officers arrived, they made contact with Model and immediately placed him into custody. This was due to Model being at the apartment he was evicted and trespassed from. 42-year-old Andrew Anderson was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Sarita Anderson, at their Clearview Drive residence on July 30th. Upon their arrival, officers spoke with Andrew. He reported that during an argument with Sarita, she started behaving erratically and throwing items around the room. Andrew went on to say that he grabbed Sarita to prevent her from leaving. He stated he did this because he was concerned about her mental state and wanted her to stop throwing things.
When officers spoke with Sarita, she also stated that an argument with Andrew escalated. Sarita stated that Andrew ended up lunging at her and grabbing her. Sarita then went on to claim that Andrew put her on the ground and held her down. Sarita told officers that this caused her to fear for her safety. Officers deemed Andrew as the primary aggressor, so he was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Amanda Moore jailed after having someone blow into her vehicle’s ignition interlock device

29-year-old Amanda Moore was caught after faking the results of her ignition interlock device on her vehicle on April 20th. On that day, Moore provided a breath sample of .027% BrAC while attempting to start her car, which was a failing score. Then, an unknown person provided a passing breath sample of .000% BrAC for Moore, allowing her vehicle to start. This violated the law because if your car has a functioning ignition interlock device, you legally cannot have someone else start your vehicle. A warrant was issued, and Moore was later taken into custody for faking an Ignition interlock device on July 30th.

DUI: Tionna Henderson swerves between lanes after drinking at Mr. Billy’s Bar

40-year-old Tionna Henderson was seen swerving in a silver Acadia SUV on Purple Heart Parkway at 2:05 a.m. on July 30th. As officers observed this, they decided to conduct a traffic stop and make contact with Henderson. When they approached Henderson, they noticed several signs of intoxication, including the strong smell of alcohol coming from her. After being questioned about her sobriety, Henderson admitted that she had two mixed drinks at Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill. Henderson agreed to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly on them. Henderson was then taken into custody and read implied consent. Henderson consented to provide a blood sample, so she was transported to Tennova Medical Center. Henderson was later charged with driving under the influence.

Airrek Black robs Luigi’s Pizza Delivery Driver at gun point, tells him to “drop the pizzas”

18-year-old Airrek Black was involved in the robbery of a Luigi’s Pizza delivery driver on July 26th. An employee from the store reached out to law enforcement to shed light on how the incident initially unfolded. The employee stated that he received an order from a “Jamal” requesting an order of five pizzas to a residence on McGee Court. As he approached the entrance of the residence, he was greeted by two black males in ski masks in the doorway. The employee reported that one of the males had a gun in his hand and told him, “You may as well go ahead and drop the pizzas.” The employee dropped the pizzas and left the area.

When officers arrived at the McGee Court residence, they made contact with Black, who matched the clothing and physical description the victim gave. During a search of the home that Black consented to, officers discovered five pizza boxes with receipts listing the name “Jamal.” Additionally, officers found a backpack with a Glock 22 handgun and a ski mask inside near the pizza boxes. While interviewing the other individuals at the scene, they stated that the backpack belonged to Black. Black was taken into custody and charged with aggravated robbery.

23-year-old Hailey Lovett was involved in an altercation with the father of her child and boyfriend, Michael Daley, on July 27th. Officers received a call from Daley stating he was in a domestic situation. Daley explained that during an argument, he informed Lovett that he would call 911. Upon hearing this, Lovett attempted to take Daley’s phone by grabbing it from him. Daley further reported that when he pushed Lovett away, she responded by throwing a toy train at him. Officers noticed bruises on Daley’s right arm and a toy train resting on the grass outside the residence. Hailey Lovett was apprehended and charged with domestic assault and interfering with emergency calls.

Emily Kilhoffer uses 15 years of martial arts training to punch husband in face during argument

26-year-old Emily Kilhoffer was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Charles Kilhoffer, at their Longbow Court residence on March 30th. When officers arrived on July 9th, Charles told them that Emily assaulted him. Charles reported that following a dispute related to their marriage, Emily began to throw objects across the house. Charles stated that the altercation escalated when she threw a YETI cooler at him and punched him in the face several times.

Charles later expressed his concerns for safety to officers, revealing that Emily has undergone mixed martial arts training for the past 15 years. After Charles provided law enforcement with pictures of severe swelling to his face, a warrant was issued for Emily’s arrest. Joshua Dycus chokes girlfriend with radio cord during argument over $30

33-year-old Joshua Dycus was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Latraysa Ussery, at their Lincoln Drive residence on July 11th. On July 24th, officers received a call from Ussery stating that Dycus was sitting outside of their home selling drugs. When officers arrived and spoke with Ussery, she told them that Dycus had assaulted her on the 11th. She stated that the incident started when Dycus came home from his son’s football game and accused her of stealing $30. An argument ensued where Dycus, at some point, grabbed a cord from a radio, wrapped it around her neck, and tightened it.

Ussery reported that she had also been punched in the face. Initially, officers were unable to observe any visible injuries. However, Ussery provided a video that clearly showed her with a bloody nose, showing evidence of the incident. When officers spoke with Dycus, he told them he had been giving Ussery money to help her stay afloat. He stated that once he stopped, she got angry with him. Despite Joshua Dycus insisting he never laid a hand on Ussery, authorities promptly arrested him and charged him with aggravated domestic assault on July 24th.

Ashley Howell speeds away from police in stolen Dodge Challenger at Brothers Market

32-year-old Ashley Howell was caught after attempting to escape from police officers in a stolen vehicle at Brothers Market on Kraft Street on July 13th. During the incident, officers tried to pull over a Maroon Dodge Challenger for having a license plate that did not belong to it. Officers pulled in behind the vehicle as it attempted to reverse out of the lot. Officers then activated their lights to initiate a traffic stop. The Challenger continued to reverse and fled the scene by speeding out of the parking lot into traffic. The security footage from Brothers Market revealed Howell as the driver and sole occupant.

On July 20th, officers located and approached the vehicle near Calumet Drive. After running the vehicle’s information, they discovered that it had been reported stolen in Nashville. Further investigation identified Howell as the suspect involved in the car theft. Officers learned they had interacted with her previously on March 24th. Upon reviewing bodycam footage from the March 24th interaction, they matched the pictures from Brothers Market using a nose ring and a birthmark or tattoo in front of Howell’s ear. Running Howell’s information also revealed a suspended license due to failure to pay fines, with the suspension still active as of August 12th, 2022. The vehicle was valued at $20,000, and a warrant was issued for Howell’s arrest.

On July 23rd, officers tracked down Howell near a residence on Tiny Town Road to serve the warrant. Upon spotting the officers, Howell attempted to flee but was caught a few apartments away. She said she did not want to go to jail and called someone for assistance. Howell was then taken into custody for driving with a suspended license, theft of a motor vehicle, evading arrest, and reckless driving on July 24th.

32-year-old Trayevon Craig was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Chasity Cable, at a residence on Chaple Street on July 22nd. When officers spoke with Cable about the incident, she stated the fight started because she had lost ten dollars. According to Cable, during the altercation, Craig “body slammed” her onto the ground. Cable also noted that Craig struck her with a wooden object across her legs and strangled her. Officers observed several injuries, including bruising on her left arm, leg, and chest. However, they did not see the knot that Cable claimed she had on her head, which she claimed came from when Craig “body slammed” her. Craig was later found and taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault on July 24th.

39-year-old Osman Hernandez was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-wife in their home on May 28th. On July 24th, Hernandez’s ex-wife reported to the police that on May 28th, Hernandez had assaulted her. She explained to officers Hernandez was angry that morning. She stated he accused her of inappropriate behavior with a customer in her craft shop. She alleged that Hernandez then pulled her by her hair and shoulders, dragging her into a bathroom where he hit and strangled her. She said she lost consciousness while being strangled but eventually managed to break free. She then ran into the living room where her mother was for help. She claimed that once she was able to get free, Hernandez left the house and fled the scene. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and Hernandez was taken into custody for aggravated assault on July 24th.

Ricky Potter II drunkenly yells at customers inside Peachers Mill Car Wash & Laundry

41-year-old Ricky Tyrone Potter II was seen yelling at an attendant inside Peachers Mill Car Wash & Laundry on July 27th. Law enforcement was alerted by Travis Orten, who reported that an altercation broke out between Potter and two customers. Orten stated this led to the business attendant hiding inside an office because she feared Potter.

When officers made contact with Potter, they reported that he had the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and was demonstrating several signs of intoxication. Potter told officers he was only in the business to use the Wi-Fi. Potter was allowed to call for someone to pick him up but was unable to do so. Potter II was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
