Serial Gooner Paul Maldonado-Crespo jailed after exposing himself to multiple women

30-year-old Paul Maldonado-Crespo was reported for indecent exposure several times from August 6th to August 9th. In the first incident on August 6th, one of the victims reported that she was being followed in the Planet Fitness by a blue Honda Civic. The victim stated that the man following her parked his car beside her, so she stopped to look. When she looked, she saw that the man’s genitals were exposed and that he was masturbating while looking at her.

In another case, on August 8th, near South 2nd Street and Madison Street, another victim reported that she was also being followed by a man driving a blue Honda Civic. She stated that when the man approached her, she observed that his driver’s seat was laid back. She also noticed that his genitals were exposed and that he was masturbating while looking directly at her.

The last incident occurred on August 9th in the Kroger parking lot on Madison Street. The victim reported a similar story as the other victims in the previous incidents. However, when she approached the man, he drove off. Throughout the investigation of the incident, Maldonado-Crespo was identified as a possible suspect due to the descriptions given by the victims. Following this, during an unrelated traffic stop, Maldonado-Crespo agreed to speak with law enforcement regarding the case. During an interview where Maldonado-Crespo waived his Miranda Rights, he admitted that he followed and masturbated to the victims of each case. Maldonado-Crespo stated that he did so because he was “horny” and that he “enjoyed the thrill.” After providing a written apology to the victims, Maldonado-Crespo was taken into custody and charged with altering/falsifying/forging auto titles, four counts of indecent exposure, and two counts of summons on August 30th.

David Koth strangles wife until she passes out during argument

31-year-old David Koth was involved in an altercation with his wife, Alanna Koth, at their Woodbridge Drive residence on September 1st. During an argument between the couple, it was reported that David strangled his partner. As their quarrel continued, David ended up putting Alanna in a chokehold, which at one point caused her to pass out. David Koth was then taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Alex Raducz harasses ex-girlfriend & threatens her new man via text

26-year-old Alex Raducz was caught harassing his ex-girlfriend, Anastasia Pinhal, and her boyfriend, Christopher Gleason, on August 30th. Officers made contact with Pinhal and Gleason around midnight at her York Road residence. They informed officers that Raducz had been sending her threatening messages after Pinhal had told him to stop texting her.

Pinhal showed officers the messages, which included threats to Gleason as well. Pinhal also informed officers that Raducz had just driven to Tennessee from New York and was staying with his mother. When officers later spoke with Raducz, he admitted that he was sending the messages and allowed officers to look through his phone to confirm. He was then taken into custody and charged with harassment on August 31st.

Jeffrey Clapp jailed after drunkenly walking in middle of highway & asking for rides

36-year-old Jeffrey Clapp was seen walking in the middle of Highway 41 A Bypass at 12:34 a.m. on September 1st, asking for rides. When officers made contact with Clapp, they reported that they observed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Officers noted that Clapp was demonstrating signs of intoxication. When officers spoke with the person who called in the incident, he stated that as he passed Clapp on the road, he stuck his hand out and asked for a ride. Once Clapp did this, he was struck by the caller’s side-view mirrors. Using this, officers determined that Clapp was a danger to himself. Clapp was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Breanna Bailey assaults husband during argument when he stops talking to her

23-year-old Breanna Bailey assaulted her husband, Albert Bailey, at their Appleton Drive residence on August 31st. When officers arrived and made contact with Breanna, she stated that she and her husband had gotten into an argument. Breanna told officers that during the argument, Albert had gotten into bed and stopped talking to her. Breanna then confessed that she punched Albert in the leg when he pulled the covers over himself. Officers deemed Breanna the primary aggressor of the incident, so she was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

41-year-old Daniel Dennis was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Stephanie, at their Marymont Drive residence on August 30th. Officers arrived and separated the couple to get their account of events. Daniel told police that only a verbal argument had transpired. Once officers spoke with Stephanie, she corroborated that she and Daniel had gotten into an argument. However, she stated that during the argument, Daniel had shoved her and raised his hand at her like he was going to strike her. Dennis was then taken into custody and transported to booking, where he was charged with domestic assault on August 31st.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Matthew Fernette was caught harassing his family member, Jordan Fernette, on June 14th. Jordan reported to law enforcement that he had explicitly instructed Matthew to cease all communication with him. Despite this, Matthew has persisted in texting him and sending messages that were threatening in nature. Matthew Fernette was later taken into custody and charged with harassment on August 30th.

Brittny Perea slaps husband after getting “very upset” with him during argument

34-year-old Brittny Perea was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Al Perea, at their Towes Lane residence on August 30th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Al about how the incident started. Al told officers that while he and Brittny were on their back porch discussing matters about the family with their kids, the kids walked back inside. Al stated that this led to Brittny getting “very upset” and yelling at him. While Brittny was screaming, she pushed Al and then slapped him in the face.

When officers spoke with Brittny about the incident, they reported that she was reluctant to cooperate. Officers added that Brittny was also evasive with her answers to their questions. Brittny initially told officers that there was only ever an argument with Al. However, when they confronted her with Al’s allegations, she changed her statements. Using this, Brittny was determined to be the primary aggressor of the incident. Brittny was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Lamar Douglas Jr. curb stomps girlfriend & shatters her windshield when she tries to break up with him

32-year-old Lamar Douglas Jr. was involved in a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend, Laura Clayton, at her Ramblewood apartment on August 26th. The person who called in the incident, Samantha Sisco (Clayton’s mother), claimed that Clayton was being beaten up by her boyfriend. When officers arrived at the mentioned location and attempted to make contact with Clayton at her apartment, no one answered. At this time, officers observed that Clayton’s vehicle’s front and back windshield was smashed. When officers attempted to contact Clayton via her phone, she still did not answer. Officers then decided to leave and informed Sisco to call them back if she was able to contact her daughter.

Around two hours after the officers left, Clayton called to report what happened earlier. Officers met with Clayton at the Clarksville Police Department. They observed that she had several injuries, including scrapes on her knees, bruising on her thighs, and a busted lip. Clayton stated that she had been trying to break up with Douglas Jr. earlier that night while they were in front of her car. Clayton told officers that while they were talking, Douglas Jr. had made a gesture like he was trying to hug her. However, instead of hugging her, Douglas Jr. pinned her against her car and slammed her on the ground. Following this, Douglas Jr. put his hands around her throat and started strangling her. Clayton told officers that she tried to get away from Douglas Jr. by pushing him. As she pushed him, he slammed her to the ground again and began stomping on her head and body. Eventually, Clayton got into her car to get away. Douglas Jr. then started jumping on her front and back windshield, shattering them both. Officers were not able to get into contact with Douglas Jr. at the time of the report. Douglas Jr was later found on August 30th and taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and vandalism.

Soldier Alfred Minjarez-Acosta runs across Electric Cowboy parking lot to hit man in face

29-year-old Soldier Alred Minjarez-Acosta had an incident with an unidentified individual at the troubled Electric Cowboy late August 29th. Patrolling officers witnessed Minjarez-Acosta run across the parking lot and hit the other involved party with an open hand. Minjarez-Acosta told the police he was under the influence of alcohol and admitted to hitting the other person. Minjarez-Acosta was taken into custody for public intoxication and assault on August 30th.

Devin Layne puts out cigarette on girlfriend’s face during argument

29-year-old Devin Layne, an employee of Buffalo Wild Wings, was caught assaulting his girlfriend, Melissa Murray, at their Hay Market Road residence on August 29th. When officers spoke with Murray, she stated that during an argument with Layne, he started punching her in the face. Following this, Murray attempted to push him off of her. Murray doing this led to Layne putting his hands around her neck and strangling her. Murray added that she thought she was going to lose consciousness. Murray then told officers that Layne began to put out a lit cigarette on her chin and neck. Murray stated that this left visible markings that officers observed. When officers later came into contact with Layne, he was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault on August 30th.

DUI: Michelle Fallat booked ignoring stop sign in her Tesla, gives officers her credit card

46-year-old Michelle John Fallat, a Tennova Medical Center employee, disregarded the Dalewood and Taft Drive stop sign in her white Tesla on August 30th. Patrolling officers observed this and initiated a traffic stop on Peachers Mill Road. During the stop, they asked her to provide her driver’s credentials. She handed them a credit card before retrieving her driver’s license. After this, the police had her exit her vehicle and prompted her with sobriety tests. Fallat consented to the tests and performed poorly.

During their interaction, officers noticed Fallat reeked of alcohol and detained her for the occurrence. Then, Fallat told them she was tired and dehydrated from working a lot. Fallat added that she never took any alcoholic beverages or drugs before agreeing to provide a chemical sample. She was transported to Tennova Medical Center for a blood test. Fallat was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Jamon Jihad Forehand violates conditions of release after punching girlfriend in head

27-year-old Jamon Jihad Forehand, an employee of Local 572, had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Jahnaee Lane, at their Eldos Trace Circle apartment in the early hours of August 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Lane. She stated that she and Forehand had a verbal dispute over her not being able to give him a ride to work and pick him up. Lane further explained that their argument escalated when Forehand got angry. She stated he grabbed a laptop and threw it onto the bed before punching a hole in the wall. Then, she said, when she went to call 911, Forehand approached her and punched her in the head.

After this, Lane said she went to her vehicle because she thought Forehand would drive off in it. Lane stated she waited there for law enforcement to arrive. Then, the police were notified of an individual matching Forehand’s description lurking in the wood lines behind the apartment complex. When officers located Forehand, he took off running until they could capture and detain him for the incident. A check through NCIC revealed that Forehand had two active CORs against him, listing Lane as the protected party. Forehand’s three minor children were left in Lane’s care. Forehand was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault, evading arrest, and two counts of contempt.

As the officer turned around, the man reached around him and grabbed his genitals. That is when the officer announced to the man that he was an officer. 23-year-old Jasmine Peralta was jailed after shooting through her Liberty Homes apartment on August 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with the person living beneath Peralta. She stated that a round had been shot through her bedroom ceiling while she was inside the room. While looking at the hole found in the victim’s bedroom, officers found a spent shell casing on the ground. Officers later made contact with Peralta, who stated that while she was trying to clean her gun, her finger was on the trigger. Peralta stated because of this, she accidentally discharged a round from the gun. Peralta was then taken into custody for reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Hank Powell steals $20 worth of items at Walmart by “Skip Scanning” in self-checkout

29-year-old Hank Powell was caught shoplifting at Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on February 28th. Loss prevention at the store reported that they observed Powell grabbing and hiding items. Powell then “skip scanned” merchandise while at self-checkout and left without paying for the items. The stolen items were valued at $20.95. Powell was later taken into custody for theft of merchandise on August 29th.

29-year-old Jalen Mayfield was seen naked in front of Glory Worship Center at 12:54 p.m. on August 29th. When officers arrived, they observed Mayfield sitting in front of the building with his legs crossed with nothing covering his genitalia. After seeing the police, Mayfield immediately got dressed without instructions. Mayfield was then taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure.

DUI: Steven McIntosh drives Cadillac down Warfield Boulevard in the wrong lane

47-year-old Steven McIntosh was seen traveling in the wrong lane on Warfield Boulevard in a red Cadillac sedan on August 29th. Officers made contact with McIntosh at the Circle K parking lot on Warfield Boulevard. Officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol and other signs of intoxication. While speaking with McIntosh, officers reported that they observed several open alcohol containers on his passenger seat. McIntosh eventually admitted that he had consumed alcohol earlier in the day.

However, he never gave officers a clear time frame. McIntosh later consented to perform sobriety tests, but he showed multiple signs of impairment, so he was taken into custody. While in custody, McIntosh was read implied consent and refused to provide blood for testing. Following this, a search warrant was obtained for McIntosh’s blood, so he was transported to a hospital. While McIntosh was getting his blood taken, it was found that he had no valid driver’s license on file. McIntosh was later transported to booking and charged with driving under the influence, open container, driving with no license, and an implied consent violation.
