Jazmine Bible assaults ex-husband while attempting to get into his home

23-year-old Jazmine Bible was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, David Silva, at Shelton Circle on March 8th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Bible. She informed officers that Silva wouldn’t let her in the house to get some of her property. Bible explained that while Silva was doing lawn work, she went to walk into his home. As she approached the front door, Silva ran through the garage and stopped her. Bible stated that she was a couple of feet inside the door before Silva pushed her back outside. The couple was going through a divorce, but nothing was finalized yet.

When officers contacted Silva, he stated that he saw Bible trying to enter his house. Silva explained to officers that he had already told her before the incident that he did not want her in his home. He told Bible to get out, prompting an argument. Silva admitted that he pushed her back outside the house. Silva also told officers that Bible scratched him on the arm, fighting him to get back into the house. Silva also informed officers that Bible had not lived at his residence for months. Jazmine Bible was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Yada’s food permit in danger of being revoked, per state inspector

A state health inspector says the food service permit for Yada on Franklin is in danger of being revoked and has issued a warning letter and scheduled a revocation intervention meeting with stakeholders. During a routine inspection on Tuesday, it was noted the troubled downtown venue had third-consecutive violations on some categories, including three-week-old sauces and expired tomato soup — of which a combined twenty pounds was embargoed from public consumption. For the second consecutive inspection, Yada also had a contaminated surface violation, specifically a live insect crawling on ready-to-use lids and no chlorine in the dish machine. Andrew Schall “beats the crap” out of his girlfriend during argument

31-year-old Andrew Schall was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Pamela Elizabeth, at Interstate 24 on March 8th. Law enforcement received a call advising that someone was on the ground and another person was standing over them “beating the crap out of the other person.” Officers made contact with Elizabeth and Schall. Elizabeth stated that she and Schall were only arguing, but it escalated when he put his hands on her face to stop her from yelling. Elizabeth added that prior to Schall getting physical with her, she tried to call her parents, but he prevented her from doing so. While speaking to Elizabeth, officers observed a knot on her right temple area, a busted lip, and finger outlines on her neck. Andrew Schall was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Christopher Knauss strangles wife during argument over cheating allegations

28-year-old Christopher Knauss was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, Victoria Knauss, at their Francesca Drive residence on March 7th. Officers made contact with Christopher at the mentioned location. Christopher stated that the altercation started when he and Victoria got into an argument over cheating allegations. Christopher said he did not want Victoria to leave with their 7-month-old child. Shortly after, Christopher showed officers scratch marks on his neck, arm, and leg. Victoria interjected and stated that all of the marks on Christopher came from the tussle over the baby’s bag. Victoria informed officers that Christopher prevented her from leaving by grabbing the bag and blocking the door. Christopher made his way up the stairs, but Victoria still had her hand on the bag, so she was dragged along. Before Victoria was let out of the house, she was strangled for a few seconds by Christopher, leaving red marks under her neck. Due to in-home surveillance footage, Christopher was deemed the primary aggressor. Christopher Knauss was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Dalton Huff crashes car while drunk, falsely reports it as stolen

20-year-old Dalton Huff was caught falsely reporting a carjacking at Dotsonville Road early February 23rd. Officers arrived at the mentioned location at 12:30 a.m. to assist with a rollover crash. During the investigation, nobody associated with the crash was found. Later that morning, Huff reported to Montgomery County Sheriff’s that his vehicle had been stolen overnight from his residence on Ogburn Chapel Road. Huff advised that his friend retrieved his phone from the wrecked car. Officers deemed this a suspiciously peculiar detail to provide, demonstrating knowledge of the stolen vehicle’s location. While investigating a separate incident involving Huff, a witness revealed that Huff was intoxicated and wrecked his car. The witness admitted to picking him up after the crash and driving him back to his residence. From there, he transported him to an address on Aspen Drive to clean up and then returned to his house. Another witness who resides at the Aspen Drive address confirmed through a written statement that Huff came at around 3:30 a.m. Dalton Huff was taken into custody and charged with making a false report.

Khyesha Price loses $300 playing “The Shell Game”, tells police she was robbed

20-year-old Khyesha Price was caught falsely reporting a crime at Governor Square Mall on February 2nd, 2023. Price told law enforcement that three males approached her. She stated that one of the males was trying to sell her something near GameStop. During the transaction, Price showed them $300 cash and an unknown male took the money from her hands and swiftly walked away.

After Price’s accusation, officers reviewed security cameras, which showed the interaction between the males and Price. During their interaction, you can see Price handing money to the previously mentioned unknown male. They appeared to be playing a gambling game known as “The Shell Game.” At the end of their interaction, the male packed up his belongings and left the mall. Price also mentioned on a phone call the next day that she was gambling money, and after losing hers, she made a friend, Jahmelia Davis, put up more money. Khyesha Price was taken into custody and charged with a false report.

DUI: John Coleman drinks 4-5 beers before driving 83mph down Dover Road

23-year-old John Coleman was seen driving 83mph in a 45mph zone at Dover Road on March 7th. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Dover Road and Highway 374. Officers made contact with Coleman, who looked visibly intoxicated. Coleman slurred his words as he told them he was driving to a party to protect his girlfriend. When Coleman was told to step out of the vehicle, he admitted to drinking 4-5 beers one hour before driving. Coleman later consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being read implied consent, he refused to provide a signature. Two cold beers were found behind Coleman’s front seats while searching his car. The male sitting in the passenger seat claimed that one of the beers was his own and the other was Coleman’s. He exposed that Coleman was actively drinking the beer before the traffic stop. John Coleman was taken into custody and charged with tampering with evidence, implied consent, driving under the influence, speeding, and open container.

37-year-old Gene Bell was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Stephanie Johnson, at her Grand View apartment on March 6th. Officers arrived at Johnson’s apartment and came into contact with her. Johnson told officers that Bell had come over to eat dinner. Johnson stated that after Bell got drunk, he started accusing her of cheating on him. Bell cornered her in the kitchen and grabbed her arms to prevent her from leaving. Johnson stated that this put her in fear for her safety, which prompted her to call 911. Gene Bell was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

26-year-old Breana Wilcox was caught violating her Condition of Release at Ernest Shelton Drive on March 6th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location to conduct a welfare check on Wilcox. Jennifer Savage scratches roommate during argument

33-year-old Jennifer Savage was involved in an altercation with her roommate, Catherine Reed, at their Pendleton Drive residence on March 4th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they made contact with Reed. Reed told officers that she and Savage were in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation. Reed stated that she and Savage were yelling at each other, so she put her arm in front of her face to protect herself. Savage grabbed Reed’s arm, forcing Reed to pull away. The yelling continued once Reed pulled away, causing the same situation to play out again. However, this time, Savage scratched Reed’s arm. Reed stated that she felt assaulted by Savage’s actions. Before officers arrived, Savage left the scene on foot and refused to answer any means of contact. Jennifer Savage was later found on March 6th, taken into custody, and charged with domestic assault.

Jarrett Lee strangles 14-year-old daughter during argument

39-year-old Jarrett Lee was caught assaulting his 14-year-old daughter, JL, at his Burchett Drive residence on March 5th. Officers arrived at East Monica Drive because JL was staying with a friend. When officers spoke to her about what happened, JL told them that Lee slapped her in the face. She added that Lee picked her up, pushed her against a wall, and strangled her in the bathroom for 10-15 seconds. After the incident, an argument continued into the living room. This is where Lee threatened JL that he was going to punch her, knock her teeth out, and send her to the hospital. When officers made contact with Lee, he admitted that he did slap JL in the face. Lee also admitted that he picked JL up and strangled her. Later in the conversation, Lee provided officers with a video of the argument in the living room. Jarrett Lee was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Derek Teague buys PlayStation 5 with fake money, immediately sells it to GameStop

34-year-old Derek Teague was caught giving counterfeit money for a PlayStation 5 on October 11th. Teague contacted the seller on Facebook Marketplace and arranged a meeting at the apartment complex on Cobalt Drive. Teague gave her counterfeit money in exchange for the PlayStation 5. Law enforcement received information that Teague sold the victim’s PlayStation at a local GameStop an hour after their transaction. Teague was seen with another person on surveillance cameras selling the gaming console. Derek Teague was taken into custody and charged with theft of property.

DUI: Idaho Tourist Adam Clymer drives without license, tells police he couldn’t “pass the vision test”

39-year-old Idaho Tourist Adam Clymer was seen pulling into a no-parking zone at Interstate 24 on March 5th. Officers made contact with Clymer, who seemed like he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Clymer’s 4-year-old son was in the backseat, and his mother was in the passenger seat. Clymer appeared to have prominent resting nystagmus. When officers asked Clymer why he didn’t have a driver’s license, he told them he could not “pass the vision test.” Clymer consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Once Clymer thought that he was going to jail, he informed officers that his mother was disabled and unable to drive or take care of herself without him. Officers later discovered via NCIC that Clymer has multiple charges in Florida, including four driving on suspended license charges and seven driving without a license charges. Adam Clymer was taken into custody and charged with child endangerment, driving under the influence, driving without a license, parking in a handicapped spot, and reckless endangerment.

Christian Hyde strangles baby-mama, threatens to kill her family during altercation

33-year-old Christian Hyde, a former Clarksville Phoenix ABA Basketball player, was involved in a domestic altercation with the mother of his child, Kaitlin Distefano, at Fort Campbell Boulevard on February 21st. Officers made contact with Distefano at the Tennova Medical Center at Dunlop Lane. She stated that Hyde got into an argument with her that escalated to him punching her multiple times. Hyde then strangled her until she lost consciousness and, at one point, put a knife to her abdomen. Hyde followed that up by making verbal threats to kill her and her family. However, Distefano was still able to escape and make it to the hospital. Christian Hyde was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.

Zachary Simmons punches man in face during road rage incident

28-year-old Zachary Simmons was involved in an altercation with Johnny Payne at the intersection of Ashland City Road and Hwy 41 A Byp on March 5th. Simmons followed Payne until they reached the stop light of the intersection. Once they were at the stop light, Simmons approached Payne, demanding that he turn off the vehicle and exit it. Both parties stated that the other opened the door. When the door was opened, Payne started to reach for something in his car. Simmons saw this as Payne reaching for a gun, so he rushed him and began punching him in the face. When officers arrived on the scene, Payne had a bloodied nose and facial swelling. Zachary Simmons was taken into custody and charged with vehicular burglary.

Female shot at car club meet-up in parking lot behind Kenwood / Basketball Courts

Clarksville Police say one female was shot at 6:50 p.m. Saturday at a car club meet-up in the parking lot area behind Kenwood Elementary School and the basketball court that is adjacent to that location (between the dog park and the baseball fields). At some point during the meet-up, unknown individuals who were at the basketball courts started randomly shooting, and a female was hit in the leg.

Emergency Operations received a 911 call regarding a shooting that occurred at the Heritage Park basketball courts. A second 911 call came in approximately five minutes later, this time from Casey’s General Store, 1230 Peachers Mill Rd. A female victim was at Casey’s with a gunshot wound to her leg. Before police arrived on the scene, the victim was driven to Tennova Medical Center in a privately owned vehicle. She is reported to be in stable condition, and her wound does not appear to be life-threatening.

CPD is asking anyone in the immediate area of Heritage Park, Peachers Mill Rd., and Pine Mountain Rd. to review their doorbell or security camera footage to see if their system captured any vehicles fleeing the area around 6:50 p.m. and call 911.

DUI: Nathan Rodriguez drives off the road at Sleep Inn, tells officers he had “a good amount to drink.”

25-year-old Nathan Rodriguez was seen in a Kia Optima driving off the road at the Sleep Inn on Cracker Barrel Drive on March 4th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rodriguez. When Rodriguez was asked for identification, he could only provide his name and date of birth. Rodriguez then informed the officers that he had “a good amount to drink.” Shortly after, Rodriguez consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Nathan Rodriguez was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

39-year-old Reginald Nesmith was jailed on March 3rd when the owner of Pressuh Taste of Heaven reported that Nesmith was attempting to fight other patrons at the nightclub. 27-year-old Deanna Hill was involved in an altercation with her co-coworker, Alaisea Matavao, outside their job at Yellowtail Robata Grill & Sushi on November 24th, 2022. As Matavao was getting into a co-worker’s car to leave work, Hill approached her aggressively, yelling at her. Hill got in between the vehicle and Matavao to prevent her from leaving. When Matavao tried to get into the car, Hill pushed her. This caused Matavao to fear for her safety. Deanna Hill was taken into custody and charged with assault on March 3rd, 2024.
