46-year-old Tess Tillman crashed into a utility pole at the Chapel and Market Street intersection on Apil 24th. Officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Tillman. During the investigation, officers found an open container of an alcoholic beverage in Tillman’s vehicle in plain sight. Tillman agreed to standardized sobriety tests but performed poorly on all tasks. Tess Tillman was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and possessing an open container of alcohol.
Tess Levette Tillman of Chapel Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 3rd, charged with driving under the influence and open container violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
