36-year-old Rebecca Davis was caught stealing from a Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on May 3rd. Smith stole and consumed various items totaling $1,807. During a search, officers located a small plastic baggy containing meth and a syringe containing heroin. Officers also found a surgical tube used to ingest narcotics. Smith was then taken into custody for shoplifting, unlawful drug paraphernalia, simple possession, and methamphetamine violation.
Rebecca Ann Davis of Cadis Road in Bumpus Mills, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 3rd, charged with theft, drug paraphernalia, and methamphetamine. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $30,000.
