32-year-old Jeramey Michael Hart started a fire in his WoodSprings Suites room around 6:29 p.m. on June 7th. Camile Crane alerted the authorities to her establishment and advised them of the incident. Crane told officers she wanted one of her tenants, later identified as Hart, to leave. When officers informed Hart that he needed to leave, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. Hart told police that he had no one to pick him up and didn’t have a place to go. Hart was deemed a danger to himself and placed into custody for public intoxication. Hart was previously arrested in March 2023 for assaulting his mother’s boyfriend.
Jeramey Michael Hart of Daniel St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 7th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
