Officers stopped 22-year-old Skyler Hibbs in a black Ford F-150 on July 3rd. Officers approached the vehicle and observed Hibbs in the passenger seat making furtive movements. Officers asked the driver if they could search the car, but the driver denied them. Police Service Dogs were deployed, and they displayed a positive indication of narcotics in the vehicles. When officers explained that the car had to be searched, Hibbs told them she had “rigs” in her purse. A search of Hibbs’ purse revealed three syringes, a plastic pipe, burnt foil, a small glass jar that contained fentanyl and heroin, and a Ruger Max 9 handgun. Once Hibbs was informed about her Miranda Rights, she confessed that she was a daily user of heroin and fentanyl and that she used a point to an “8 ball” a day for numerous months. A check of Hibbs’ handgun revealed that it was stolen out of North Carolina. A search of Hibbs’ person yielded a 9mm bullet, another pipe, a folded piece of paper containing heroin and fentanyl in her sock, and a small baggie of heroin and fentanyl in her pants. Skyler Hibbs was taken into custody and charged with theft, simple possession, unlawful possession of a weapon, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Skyler Star Hibbs was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 3rd, charged with theft, simple possession, unlawful possession of a weapon, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $22,500.

Yeah, I’d have to agree with Keysha it would appear that they upon finding girl with all of the dope and paraphernalia and all that they must of created one helluva atmosphere of gabbin and stuff cause I can’t imagine that any dope head worth his or her salt would get there and divulge all the stuff that they revealed in her story frankly I was wondering how the hell do they know that!!! Well I guess it’s because she told them and evidently a whole lot more too. Well I guess the guy or girl that sold her that mess must be thinking about leaving town for a spell or two 🤔.

I must be missing something in this article! Cause what I see…..is the girl took the wrap for the dope and the gun. I don’t see shit about the driver or anyone else getting cracked!!!! She was the passenger……with dope in various spots on her. Probly cause the other people in the whip, were afraid to catch charges.
When you get arrested for drugs the cops start asking you questions about ur daily use and what not. And just about everyone that gets arrested for drugs gets asked if they want to rat out people. If that was the case, then her case wouldn’t even be up here and all those charges wouldn’t even be for public use. Also, this is probably 3rd hand info. Not everything you read is exactly what happened..there’s probably more that we haven’t read or a lot of stuff that either did or didn’t happen. You guys believe everything you read on the internet as exact info? Cmon, you should know better than that.

The laws must be way different there. Here in Colorado if you have your stash in multiple bags you don’t get a simple misdemeanor possession charge. They hit ya with felony attempted distribution charges. Also if you have ANY firearm on ya, even one that legally yours, they tack on a special offender enhancer. The enhancer seriously increases the bond, increases your classification for booking, & your sentencing is wayy harsher!
They also passed a law here last year that makes possession of >1g of fent an auto felony.
