19-year-old Anthony Rutherford was involved in a domestic altercation with his sister, Harley Key, at a Sandpiper Drive residence on July 2nd. Officers responded to an overdose call at the residence. When officers arrived and Rutherford’s family woke him up, he was aggressive and swung at them. Once Rutherford had stood up, he approached his sister and kicked her in the chest. Officers deemed Rutherford to be the primary aggressor, and he was then taken into custody for domestic assault.
Anthony Dewayne Rutherford of Rosewood Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 2nd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
