On July 20th, 35-year-old Jerry Dinkins was seen pulling out of the Tiny Town Road Publix parking lot in a black Infiniti. The Infiniti accelerated rapidly, lost traction, and spun 180 degrees onto Tiny Town Road.
After observing this, officers made contact with Dinkins, who admitted to drinking alcohol before he started driving. Dinkins consented to sobriety tests and showed several signs of impairment. Dinkins was then read implied consent and taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Jerry Glentry Dinkins of Riverwood Place in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 20th, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
