21-year-old Anthony Graves was involved in a domestic altercation with his husband, Marcus, at their Solis apartment on August 8th. When officers arrived, they made contact with Marcus and Anthony. Marcus told officers that during an argument that they were having, Anthony pushed him.
Marcus added that Anthony had also taken his phone from him. Officers didn’t observe any injuries on the couple. However, officers did find that Anthony was still in possession of Marcus’ phone during their conversation. Anthony Graves was then deemed the primary aggressor. Graves was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Anthony Kunta Graves of Needmore Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 8th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
