48-year-old Seth Galassi was caught abusing his girlfriend, Taylor Cruz, at his Evans Road residence on August 9th. When officers arrived and spoke with Cruz, she told them that Galassi hit her in the face and threw her against a wall. Cruz noted that once she fell to the floor, Galassi spat on her multiple times. While conversing with Cruz, officers observed swelling in her left eye and bruising on both of her arms.
Officers later made contact with Galassi at his residence. Galassi initially told officers the argument was only verbal. However, once Galassi was in custody, he changed his statements. He told officers that he was actually the one who got assaulted. Galassi added that he was punched several times. Due to officers not observing any injuries on Galassi and his statements being inconsistent, he was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Seth Thomas Galassi of Evans Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 9th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
