DUI: Heather Hendrickson shows officers bag of multiple pills, claims they’re prescribed

33-year-old Heather Marie Hendrickson was pulled over for a minor traffic violation near 931 Café on August 13th. When officers approached her vehicle, they noticed a strong alcoholic odor emitting from it. They asked Hendrickson if she had anything to drink, to which she responded, saying she had not. However, she admitted to taking her prescription pills earlier.

Then, she showed the police a small bag with three different pills in it that she claimed to have taken. However, she could not show them proof of her prescription. Then, Hendrickson consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Hendrickson was taken into custody for possession of pills without prescription and driving under the influence.

Heather Marie Hendrickson of Gracey Ave in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 13th, charged with DUI and possession of pills without prescription. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,000.
