28-year-old Gabriel Mendez was seen talking to himself at the Exxon gas station on Highway 48 on August 18th. When officers arrived and made contact with Mendez, they reported that he exhibited signs of impairment.
During his conversation with officers, Mendez had confessed that he had consumed alcohol and an unknown “gummy” earlier in the night. Law enforcement determined that Mendez was a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Gabriel Candido Mendez of Richardson Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 18th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
