29-year-old Miguel Antonio Valdez showed signs of impairment at the Tiny Town MAPCO on August 23rd. Officers received a call regarding a mental patient, later identified as Valdez, at the gas station.
When officers arrived, they noticed Valdez was visibly intoxicated. Valdez was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Miguel Antonio Valdez of Tenby Drive in Murfreesboro, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 23rd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
