DUI: Cesar Mendoza-Aguilar found drunk and aggressive in Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru

25-year-old Cesar Mendoza-Aguilar was seen drunk in a Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru on Dover Crossing Road in the early morning of December 20th. The caller advised law enforcement that Mendoza-Aguilar was intoxicated and acting hostile towards them. While officers arrived, Mendoza-Aguilar left in a blue Nissan and turned north toward Fort Campbell Boulevard. Officers saw the vehicle, followed it, and conducted a traffic stop. When officers came into contact with Mendoza-Aguilar, they observed that he was inebriated. He was very aggressive and refused to leave his vehicle but later complied. Once Mendoza-Aguilar exited the car, he told them he was returning from the troubled Electric Cowboy. Mendoza-Aguilar said he had consumed two beers there before driving. He was shortly asked to perform some field sobriety tests, which were executed poorly. Cesar Mendoza-Aguilar was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

Lakeisha Randolph assaults daughter during argument

43-year-old Lakeisha Randolph was involved in an altercation with her daughter at Tynewood Drive on December 21st. The altercation began when Randolph and her daughter got into an argument. The argument then turned physical when Randolph pushed her daughter in the chest. This caused her to fall backward onto a bed, hitting her head on a nearby wall and her right foot on the metal bed frame. Her daughter was able to get back to her feet and attempt to collect her belongings. Randolph then pushed her again and tried to smack her phone out of her hands. Lakeisha Randolph was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

DUI: Soldier Matthew Haworth drinks “5 beers” at Tipper’s bar before speeding

29-year-old Soldier Matthew Haworth was seen speeding toward Dover Road on December 18th. Haworth was doing 70MPH in a 55MPH zone, which led officers to conduct a traffic stop. Upon contact with Haworth, officers observed that Haworth was inebriated. He admitted to coming from Tipper’s Bar and drinking “5 beers” when asked. Haworth was then asked to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly. Matthew Haworth was taken into custody and charged with speeding and driving under the influence.

Tanesha Hicks threatens to fight roommate, tells her “I’m going to end your life”

21-year-old Tanesha Hicks was involved in an altercation with her roommate, Aliyah Drew, at Peachers Mill Road on December 19th. The two were arguing, and Hicks came within close distance between them and made several statements along the lines of “I’m going to end your life” while using her right hand to punch her left palm near Drew’s face. A typical hand gesture when one wants to fight. When officers made contact with Hicks, she stated that she did ” Get up in her face.” Tanesha Hicks was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Dartanion McGee runs over utility worker for no reason

40-year-old Dartanion McGee was involved in an altercation with Michael Boone at Tradewinds Terrace on December 19th. Boone showed up at McGee’s residence to do some work for the utility company he works for. Once Boone arrived, McGee came outside and began yelling at him for no reason. When Boone went onto the grass to continue his work, McGee entered his car, put it into reverse, and drove into Boone. The vehicle struck Boone in his left leg and stopped on the heel of his foot. Boone was able to get his foot from under the car. Officers observed black marks on Boone’s pants and marks on the vehicle. When officers spoke with McGee, he said he didn’t hit Boone with his car but that he was repositioning his car to block off the utilities. McGee did not specify why he did this. McGee said that while the vehicle was parked, Boone rubbed up against it, causing the marks on his pants. Dartanion McGee was taken into custody and charged with reckless endangerment.

Anthony Manning steals over $2,000 from woman he met on dating site at gunpoint

28-year-old Anthony Manning was involved in a robbery at Westfield Court on November 4th. The victim of the theft told law enforcement that a man she met on a dating site entered her hotel room, pointed a pistol at her, and stole around $2,146 from her. The victim also stated that the man did not match the pictures from his dating profile. She further noted that she looked up the number he gave her and discovered it belonged to Anthony Manning. While officers were still on the scene, they heard a phone conversation involving Manning trying to arrange a meeting to return the stolen money. The victim identified Manning via photo lineup. Anthony Manning was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Robbery.

DUI: Joseph Schmitt kicked out of Mike’s Bar for being too drunk, tries to drive himself home

60-year-old Joseph Schmitt was being drunk and aggressive at Mike’s Bar and Grill on Lowes Drive on December 20th. The bar owner’s daughter asked Schmitt to leave due to his high level of intoxication. Schmitt was advised to get a ride home, but while he waited for his driver to arrive, he drove away in his car instead. Officers conducted a traffic stop once he got onto Tiny Town Road. Officers already knew that Schmitt was intoxicated from a complaint they received from the grill. Once Schmitt was asked to perform field sobriety tests, he exhibited several other clues that confirmed that he was inebriated. During a probable cause search of Schmitt, a handgun was found between the driver’s seat and the middle console. Mr. Schmitt was charged with his 1st DUI and possession of a firearm under the influence.

Tyzek McCorkle drags girlfriend by hair multiple times during argument

21-year-old Tyzek McCorkle was in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Cheyenne Evilsizer, at Sun Valley Road on December 20th. Concerned neighbors called the police after hearing screaming in the street and seeing the couple on the ground outside the residence. The situation began with Evilsizer refusing to leave the home after an argument with McCorkle. This led to McCorkle grabbing Evilsizer by her hair and dragging her out of the house. Evilsizer attempted to get up and run away once he let her go, but McCorkle grabbed her hair again and dragged her down before she could run away. This couple has been involved in previous domestic altercations. McCorkle was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on December 21st.

27-year-old Donnell Brown was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Deashia Coleman, at West Concord Drive on December 22nd. 48-year-old Bismark Bossman was involved in a domestic altercation with his nephew, Francis Bonteng, at Forest Hills Drive on December 22nd. The dispute began with an argument that Bonteng exited by going into his room and locking the door. Bossman kicked the door down and pushed Bonteng against the wall while choking him. When law enforcement arrived, Bossman was questioned on his side of events. He advised that Bonteng walked away from him to go to his room while he was telling him to leave because he doesn’t pay rent. So he kicked the door open, pushed Bonteng, and told him to leave. Bossman was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Rafael Butler punches girlfriend’s car window after she threatens to leave him in parking lot

29-year-old Rafael Butler was involved in vandalism on Madison Street on December 22nd. When law enforcement arrived, they observed Butler standing by his girlfriend’s vehicle. The vehicle’s passenger window was destroyed, and Butler was bleeding from both of his hands. Upon contact with the officers, Butler stated that he was arguing with his girlfriend and became upset. So when she threatened to leave him in the parking lot, he retaliated by breaking the window. His girlfriend told law enforcement that Butler threatened to assault her shortly after. Butler was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

DUI: Ebony Cue jailed after having “a few beers and a few shots” before driving on expired tags

45-year-old New Providence Middle School Teacher’s Assistant Ebony Cue was jailed on December 26th. Police observed a black Kia sedan driving down Dover Road with a dysfunctional tag light. The officer followed the vehicle and made a traffic stop on Ashley Oaks Drive, where officers discovered that the vehicle’s tags had expired on July 31st, 2023. The driver, Ebony Cue, was observed smelling strongly of alcohol and having a difficult time holding her bloodshot eyes open while speaking to the officers. She admitted to drinking “a few beers and a few shots” and taking several different medications, one being Lexapro. Ebony was asked to perform field sobriety tests, on which she performed poorly and was taken into custody. Once at booking, Ebony blew a .033% on a breathalyzer. Officers later discovered that Ebony had a prior DUI in 2017.

Kiwian Jones caught with 5 grams of marijuana

20-year-old Kiwain Jones was caught with drugs at Mutual Drive on December 18th. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Jones because they observed that his passenger-side brake light was out. Upon contact with Jones, an officer noticed the smell of weed from the vehicle. During a probable cause search, nine packages were found, all weighing around five grams. Jones admitted that the substance was “weed” and knew the measurements of all the bags. Jones was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent.

28-year-old Dustin Mckie-Miller was found drunk in a ditch on Buttercup Drive in his Chevy Malibu on December 21st. Dustin’s girlfriend, Carly Schroeder, contacted the police and told them that her boyfriend had been drinking all day and was now driving. Dustin was found in the passenger seat of his vehicle with the keys in the cup holder. When officers spoke with him, the odor of alcohol was emitting from his breath. Dustin was asked if he was driving and stated, “My girlfriend was driving!” But that contradicted the video evidence Carly gave law enforcement, which showed Dustin leaving the driveway in his vehicle. Officers asked Dustin if he wanted to perform some field sobriety tests, but he declined and asked for his lawyer. Dustin Mckie-Miller was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

Vincennia Lee-Edmondson arrested for committing identity theft to rent property

38-year-old Vincennia Edmonson committed identity theft at Bassett Lane on November 7th, 2022. Edmonson went to the Property Manager’s Officer and paid a deposit on the property. She also signed the victim’s name on the hold/deposit form. Edmonson arrived at Bassett Lane the next day, pretending to be the victim for a final walk-through with the agent. The victim informed law enforcement that she had no clue who Edmonson was. Edmonson was taken into custody and charged with identity theft on December 5th 2023.

26-year-old E-3 solider Alex Gonzalez violated his conditions of release by messaging his wife on November 18th. Giovanna Pureyra, Alex Gonzalez’s wife, was contacted via multiple phone calls and text messages. Gonzalez contacted Giovanna just three hours after being released for assaulting her. Alex contacting Giovanna violated his conditions of release for the prior domestic assault incident. Alex Gonzalez was taken into custody and charged with contempt on December 5th.

Brian Blalock sells imprisoned man’s car, vehicle gets reduced to scrap metal

42-year-old Brian Blalock was arrested for stealing a White 2003 Ford SUV at Oak Lane on December 6th. On October 20th, Steven Wooden was pulled over at Oak Lane and arrested for an existing warrant. During his arrest, he was told by Rebecca Ledlow, who was staying at the residence at the time, that he could park his vehicle there while he was incarcerated. When Wooden was released on November 9th, he went to retrieve his car but found that it was no longer there. During an investigation, law enforcement discovered that Brian Blalock stole Wooden’s vehicle and sold it to Jesse Brooks for 200-250 dollars on October 29th. Brooks then sold it on the same day to Mr. Gill, who sold it to Guthrie Scrap Yard on October 30th. Guthrie Scrap Yard confirmed that they bought the vehicle from Gill. Guthrie Scrap Yard also confirmed that the vehicle has since been reduced to scrap metal. Blalock knew Wooden because he had previously done some work for Wooden. The car cost more than $2500 but less than $10,000. Blalock was taken into custody and charged with theft of a motor vehicle on December 6th.

Sherryl Hollis drinks 40oz of alcohol near active roadway

59-year-old Sherryl Hollis was seen at a drive-through on Lowes Drive extremely intoxicated on December 7th. When officers made contact with Hollis, she had three 40 oz alcoholic beverage cans around her and was actively drinking from one of the cans. Hollis demonstrated signs of being under the influence of alcohol. She was deemed a danger to herself and others by being near an active roadway. Hollis was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

24-year-old Timothy Scarbrough was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, April Crowder, on Summer Street on December 7th. The altercation started when Scarbrough got in Crowder’s face and yelled at her on the stairs. He then reached his arms out at her attempting to grab her, causing her to fall back on the stairs. Crowder’s face was left with a small scratch from when he grabbed at her. Scarbrough was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Jones and his 6-year-old son were seen on the road hunting a 5-point whitetail deer and an 8-point whitetail deer using a muzzleloader rifle and a ground blind. Neither Jones nor his son had on orange for safety. Mark Jones was taken into custody on December 8th and charged with contempt.
