21-year-old Zachariah Stewart was stopped by law enforcement for driving a white Kia Soul with expired tags on May 10th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they spoke with Stewart. He admitted to coming from the Tilted Kilt, so officers requested he consent to field sobriety tests, which he agreed to but performed poorly. Zachariah Stewart was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and an expired registration.
Zachariah Curtis Stewart of Larson Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 10th, charged with driving under the influence and suspended license. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
