On April 19th, 45-year-old Brian Bennett was observed driving slowly around his ex-girlfriend Shalina’s neighborhood in a red sedan with his headlights off. Law enforcement received camera footage of Bennett driving past Shalina’s home for about 7 minutes. Shalina contacted law enforcement, stating that Bennett texted her, threatening her and causing emotional distress. Shalina also informed officers that Bennett was around her house at the time that her tires were slashed. Brian Bennett was taken into custody and charged with stalking and vandalism on May 21st.
Brian Scott Bennett of Rebecca Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 21st, charged with stalking and vandalism. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
