24-year-old Michael Brayden Hively drove his green Ford F-250 into a tree on June 2nd. When officers arrived, they observed Hively and his friend standing around while the truck had gotten stuck in a ditch, facing the opposite direction. Hively reeked of alcohol and showed signs of inebriation before admitting to having two beers. Officers found an open beer can under the driver’s seat, so they prompted him with sobriety tests, which he consented to and performed poorly. Hively was then taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Michael Brayden Hively of Boat Factory Rd in Pleasant View, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 2nd, charged with driving under the influence and an implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
