36-year-old James Aro Yeargin had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Jessica Wilk, at their Silty Drive residence around 8 p.m. on May 21st. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Wilk, who stated that she and Yeargin argued in their bedroom over travel arrangements to Florida, which escalated when he pushed her into their TV, causing the screen to crack. Their dispute continued into the hallway, where he spit in Wilk’s face. Yeargin was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 22nd.
James Aro Yeargin of Silty Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 22nd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
