38-year-old Paul Carr Scarbrough had a domestic altercation with his fiancée, Lisa St. John, at the homeless shelter on Needmore Road on May 23rd. When officers arrived, they spoke with St. John, who stated she and Scarbrough had an argument which escalated when he became violent and slammed her head into the ground of their tent. Scarbrough was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Paul Carr Scarbrough of Greenwood Rd in Charlotte, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 23rd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
