22-year-old Sarah Skipper was determined to have given a false report to an officer on June 3rd. Skipper confessed on the date that falsely told officers about an assault out of anger. Upon further investigation, officers received body camera footage that confirmed that Skipper lied about the victim assaulting her because she was mad at him. The camera caught the defendant admitting two different times that she was mad at him and lied about this to officers. A warrant was issued, and Skipper was taken into custody for filing a false report on June 12th.
Sarah Elizabeth Skipper of Professional Park Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 12th, charged with false report. She is now free on a $2,500 bond.
