Underage DUI: Johnothan Selig fails sobriety tests after being stopped for sitting in a running car

19-year-old Johnothan Michael Selig was taken into custody for driving while impaired on May 22nd. On May 21st, around 11 p.m., officers observed Selig in the South Riverside Drive Dollar Tree parking lot with his car running, so they approached him and noticed he smelled strongly of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and after being read implied consent, agreed to provide a breath sample, which resulted in .056 BAC%.

Johnothan Michael Selig of Warner Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 22nd, charged with underage driving while impaired. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
