40-year-old Derrick Goolsby was caught stealing from the Walmart on Madison Street on September 11th, 2023. Once Goolsby entered the store, he and another person, Shannon Davis, were seen grabbing merchandise and leaving. All the merchandise was recovered and valued at $458.48. Derrick Goolsby was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting and other out-of-county warrants on April 17th.
Derrick Wade Goolsby of Leo Baker Road in Ashland City, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 17th, charged with theft and out of county warrants. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
