On April 16th, 22-year-old Felix Davenport was involved in a domestic altercation with his brother, Josten Cagle, at their mother’s West Creek apartment residence. When officers arrived at the scene, they spoke with Davenport, who stated that the altercation had started when he threw a bag of groceries at his younger brother. Cagle agreed with Davenport’s statement and had visible injuries on his body. Officers took Davenport into custody for domestic assault.
Felix Donell Davenport of West Creek Trail in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 16th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
