38-year-old Ryan Barba was caught harassing Adam Beville on March 17th. Beville told Barba several times to stop contacting him. Despite this, Barba continued to threaten harm to Beville’s children. Ryan Barba was taken into custody and charged with harassment on April 17th.
Ryan N Barba of Ewing Way in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 17th, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
