29-year-old David Biggs III forced a 15-year-old girl to have sexual intercourse with him on June 10th. On the mentioned date, the juvenile reported to authorities that she was forcibly taken advantage of by Biggs III at her Graham Cemetery Road residence. The juvenile was taken to Tennova Healthcare to receive medical care, and examiners reported internal damage. Officers spoke with Biggs, and he admitted that he had sexual intercourse with the juvenile on the night or early morning of June 9th or 10th. David Biggs was then taken into custody and charged with aggravated statutory rape.
David Michael Biggs of Waynoe Road in Ashland City, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 11th, charged with statutory rape. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50,000.
