23-year-old Allessia Smith-Fairman was seen driving a black Buick sedan with dark window tint at the intersection of Hemlock Drive and Everett Drive on May 18th. When officers approached Fairman, they observed an open alcoholic beverage in the cup holder and a glass bottle of vodka in the passenger seat. Officers also reported that they could smell the odor of alcohol and marijuana coming from the vehicle. Fairman agreed to perform sobriety tests but executed them poorly. A check of Fairman’s driver’s license revealed that it was suspended on January 20th, 2023, for failing to pay fines. Fairman also had an active condition of release, which prohibited her from drinking and possessing alcohol. Alessia Fairman was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and contempt on May 19th.
Allessia Reaunna Smith Fairman of Kelly Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 19th, charged with driving under the influence, driving on suspended/revoked license, and contempt. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $3,000.
