57-year-old Anastacio Urdiera was seen intoxicated at the Circle K on Dover Road on May 3rd. Officers arrived and made contact with Urdiera, who was backing out of a parking space in his green Chevy Tahoe. When officers spoke with Urdiera, they reported that he smelt like alcohol and demonstrated other signs of intoxication. Officers observed an open 24-ounce can of Modelo that was more than half empty. Urdiera was asked to perform sobriety tests, but he refused. Urdiera was then read implied consent, which he denied. A check of NCIC revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Anastacio Urdiera was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, driving with no license, and possessing an open container of alcohol.
Anastacio Vargas Urdiera of Donna Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 3rd, charged with driving under the influence, no license, and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $3,000.
