24-year-old Gupton Kelley Vogt was taken into custody for driving under the influence on June 9th. Around 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a service call at Gracey Court and Phoenix apartments on Madison Street. When officers arrived, they located Vogt, who reeked of alcohol in his red car. Officers noticed Vogt showed signs of intoxication. Officers prompted him with sobriety tests, which he consented to and performed poorly on. After being read implied consent, Vogt agreed to provide a blood sample and was transported to Sango Emergency Room. Vogt’s vehicle was towed to Danny’s East College tow service, and he was later detained. Vogt was also previously arrested in 2022 for drag racing.
Gupton Kelley Vogt of A Beckett Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 9th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
