46-year-old Garrison Powell was seen stealing toys from a Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on March 18th. On that day, Powell walked into the store and made selections of toys. After making his selections, he skipped scanning the toys at the register, not paying for them. Powell then concealed the toys into bags and would pass all sales points with the unpaid merchandise. The items totaled $29.91, and a warrant was issued. Powell was taken into custody for shoplifting on June 10th.
Garrison Richard Walter Powell of Kingsbury Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 10th, charged with shoplifting. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
