Luqman Mahdi indicted by Grand Jury for putting electronic tracking device in woman’s car

28-year-old Luqman Mahdi A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 28-year-old Luqman Mahdi for an electronic tracking device on the vehicle on or about October 5th, 2023. The indictment alleges that Mahdi put a tracking device inside Alyssa Galbraith’s car without her knowledge. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000. Mahdi was taken into custody and charged with electronic tracking on vehicle on May 29th.
