29-year-old Michael Friend was seen pointing a gun at his stepfather, Roy Thomas, at Speedy Cash on Fort Campbell Boulevard on May 29th. When officers made contact with Thomas, he stated that his wife told him that Friend pulled up in his black Chevy Tahoe. Thomas went outside to tell him to leave and ended up arguing with him. During the argument, Friend said, “You snitched on Yonah Brooks!” and pointed a gun at Thomas and racked it. Friend then fled the scene and was later found at his residence. Michael Friend was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault on May 29th.
Michael Adam Friend of Victory Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 29th, charged with aggravated assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50,000.
