27-year-old Raquel Brooks was involved in a domestic altercation with the mother of his child, Chakeriah Moore, at a Honeycomb Court residence on June 4th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Moore. Moore alleged that during an argument with Brooks, he pushed her in the face and grabbed her by the back of the neck. Officers investigated where Moore claimed the incident occurred, and the whole scene was in disarray. Raquel Brooks was determined to be the primary aggressor and was subsequently taken into custody for domestic assault on June 11th.
Raquel Aveon Brooks of Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 11th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $0.
