42-year-old Terry Malone was involved in a domestic altercation with his mother, Karen Malone, at their Preserve at Spring Creek apartment on May 25th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Karen. Karen stated that Terry assaulted her and broke her phone. Karen told officers that when she took Terry’s phone from him for recording her, he hit her in the neck several times, causing her to drop her phone. Once her phone was on the floor, Terry grabbed it and smashed it. Terry Malone was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and vandalism on June 2nd.
Terry Ray Malone of Poppy Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 2nd, charged with three counts of vandalism and domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $7,000.
