22-year-old Carlos Moctezuma was involved in a domestic incident with his roommate, Tyler Devyn, at their Post’s Edge apartment on July 3rd. When officers arrived, Devyn told them that Moctezuma stabbed him with a knife while they were having an argument. Devyn stated that they had been having issues with activities in their apartment. Once he went inside Moctezuma’s room, Moctezuma stabbed him in the armpit with a small sword. Carlos Moctezuma was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault.
Carlos Guadalupe Moctezuma of Dover Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 3rd, charged with aggravated assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $7,500.
