19-year-old Carmella Peoples was caught harassing Angela Wanes on June 2nd. Wanes told authorities that she informed Peoples not to contact her multiple times. Despite that, Peoples continued to send Wanes threatening messages through social media. Wanes was later taken into custody for harassment on June 30th.
Carmella Le Char Peoples of Lark Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 30th, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
