31-year-old Lucian Groves was involved in a car crash on Hankook Road on the 4th of July. When officers arrived, they observed Groves’ silver Ram 1500 crashed into a light pole. Officers then made contact with Groves, who was unresponsive at the wheel. Once Groves was awake, he showed signs of impairment. Officers prompted Groves with field sobriety tests. Groves consented to the tests but performed poorly. During an arrest search of Groves’ vehicle, officers found marijuana. Groves was later transported and charged with driving under the influence and simple possession.
Lucian Carlton Groves of Cranklen Circle in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 4th, charged with driving under the influence and simple possession. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
