24-year-old Martayia Wright of the US Army was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Tylertown Road on June 20th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Wright, who was unaware of where she was or what was happening. They asked her if she had anything to drink, to which she replied that she had two shots of vodka around 3 hours before the accident. Wright took sobriety tests and performed them poorly. Wright was later taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Martayia Sole Wright of 16th St in Lumberton, NC, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 20th, charged with driving under the influence. She is free on a $1,500 bond.
