A Montgomery County Grand Jury had indicted 28-year-old Joel Casey for four counts of statutory rape that occurred between the dates of January 1st, 2021, and December 2nd, 2022.
The indictment alleges that Casey unlawfully and knowingly engaged in sexual contact with a minor who was at least 13 years old but not older than 18 years old. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $75,000.
