27-year-old Marcus Steele was caught shoplifting at Dollar General on Dover Road on July 8th. Steele was observed taking items off the shelves and putting them inside his shopping cart.
He then left with the cart and merchandise without paying. The stolen items were valued at $80.65. Steele was later taken into custody and charged with theft of property on July 12th.
Marcus Anthony Steele of Walnut Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 12th, charged with theft of property, A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
