Rafael Garduza-Salinas refuses to tell police his name while stumbling down Crossland Avenue

34-year-old Rafael Garduza-Salinas was seen publicly intoxicated and stumbling near an intersection on Crossland Avenue and Kelly Lane on July 2nd. While officers were driving on Crossland Avenue, they noticed Salinas walking and stumbling on the side of the road. They then turned around and spoke with Salinas. However, Salinas refused to give officers his name. While speaking with Salinas, officers could also smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Officers then continued asking Salinas for his name. Despite this, Salinas refused to give officers his information again. Due to his level of intoxication, officers deemed he was a danger to himself, and he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Rafael Urial Garduza-Salinas of Shearon Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
