27-year-old Soldier Michael Morris was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Mrs. Morris, at 11:31 p.m. on July 1st. When officers spoke with Mrs. Morris, she reported that during an argument with Michael, he pushed her to the ground. She stated that after the initial altercation, Michael pushed her again, causing her to fall on the stairs. When officers spoke to Michael, he denied ever pushing his wife. However, he was still taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on July 2nd.
Michael Lee Morris of Ringgold Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 2nd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
