20-year-old Daniel Model was seen trespassing after being evicted at University Landing on University Avenue on July 30th. Officers were called about a welfare check, and a check of past incidents revealed that Model had been served with an eviction and notice of trespass on July 25th.
When officers arrived, they made contact with Model and immediately placed him into custody. This was due to Model being at the apartment he was evicted and trespassed from. Model was then transported and later charged with criminal trespass.
Daniel Model was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 30th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
