48-year-old David Maness was caught vandalizing cars at First Class Auto on August 12th. When officers arrived, they were told ten vehicles in their lot had their tires slashed. Officers were provided surveillance footage from the location showing Maness walking around the lot and slashing tires. Later, the same officers were contacted because Maness returned to First Class Auto wearing the same clothes.
Camera footage from a neighboring business revealed that Maness had slashed two more cars’ tires at Dominos. The damage to the cars at First Class Auto totaled over $1,000, and the damage to the vehicles at Dominos was approximately $150 each. David Maness was taken into custody and charged with three counts of vandalism.
David Michael Maness of Airport Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 12th, charged with three counts of vandalism. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
