42-year-old Dennis Tanner had been banned from a Frosty Morn Drive building on February 27th.
In the early hours of July 22nd, officers observed Tanner returning to the location and detained him for the occurrence. Tanner was then taken into custody for criminal trespass.
Dennis Tanner of University Avenue in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
