DUI: Jason Thicklin jailed after drinking bottle of vodka before driving on revoked license

On August 3rd, 46-year-old Jason Thicklin was approached by officers while sitting in his Chevy Cruze at the Dollar General on Trenton Road on August 3rd. During their interaction with Thicklin, officers observed two empty bottles of vodka sitting on his lap as well as signs of intoxication.

When officers asked Thicklin if he had consumed any alcohol, he stated that he had one of the bottles of vodka on his lap. It was later found that Thicklin’s license was revoked on September 29th, 2023, and he was previously convicted of driving under the influence. Thicklin was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.

Jason Lamar Thicklin of Crystal Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 3rd, charged with DUI and driving on a suspended/revoked license. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,500.
