40-year-old Tionna Henderson was seen swerving in a silver Acadia SUV on Purple Heart Parkway at 2:05 a.m. on July 30th. As officers observed this, they decided to conduct a traffic stop and make contact with Henderson. When they approached Henderson, they noticed several signs of intoxication, including the strong smell of alcohol coming from her.
After being questioned about her sobriety, Henderson admitted that she had two mixed drinks at Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill. Henderson agreed to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly on them. Henderson was then taken into custody and read implied consent. Henderson consented to provide a blood sample, so she was transported to Tennova Medical Center. Henderson was later charged with driving under the influence.
Tionna Demetria Henderson of Leigh Ann Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 30th, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
