30-year-old Tyler Jordan Farrow was speeding in his Ford F-150 on Madison Street late August 12th. Patrolling officers observed Farrow going 63 mph in a 35 mph zone and conducted a traffic stop. As officers spoke with Farrow, they noticed he showed signs of impairment and reeked of alcohol. When prompted, Farrow consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being informed of implied consent, Farrow refused to provide a chemical sample.
In response, the police obtained a warrant for Farrow’s blood sample and transported him to the Sango ER, where he still declined to give them the sample. Officers later discovered that Farrow had a prior DUI conviction and a suspended license as of October 19th, 2022, for failing to pay fines. Farrow was taken into custody for tampering with evidence, speeding, driving under the influence, and driving on a suspended license on August 13th.
Tyler Jordan Farrow of Shady Grove Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 13th, charged with tampering with evidence, DUI, suspended license, speeding, and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $22,000.
